Error when trying to add a new report into Lawson

Hi All,

Good day!

We recently renewed our Lawson Portal certificate using SHA2. However, we ran into problems when we are trying to add new reports into Lawson. When we select Publish a New Report, and then select Lawson Back Office for the Report type an error pops up.

Can anyone give me an idea or a background on how to resolve such issue? I tried searching around but I didn't find any workaround. Thanks in advance!
